Bijas Benjamin, MD

Internal Medicine

Dr. Bijas Benjamin grew up in Lubbock, Texas. He went to Texas Tech University for his undergraduate career and completed his medical degree at Texas Tech as well. He is a Red Raider through and through.

He then moved to Dallas, Texas to complete his internal medicine residency at Baylor University Medical Center. In 2015, he began serving the Frisco community and hasn’t looked back since.

Dr. Benjamin met his wife, an Ob/Gyn, in high school, and they have now put down their roots in the Dallas area. They love to travel and explore new places. Their most recent journey has been navigating the waters of parenthood as they recently welcomed their baby boy into their lives. In his free time, Dr. Benjamin enjoys being adventurous, spending time at the lake, and is also an automobile enthusiast.

Dr. Benjamin is a board-certified internal medicine physician and primarily focuses on preventative care. He has a keen interest in the common diseases that face men and women today, such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. In the confusing modern world of medicine, Dr. Benjamin strives to serve as a guide for his patients and their health. Dr. Benjamin treats adults dealing with acute and chronic conditions to help them achieve a better quality of life. He believes in helping his patients achieve the best version of themselves.

Jemini Abraham, MD

Family Medicine

Dr. Jemini Abraham grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts. She went to Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey for her undergraduate studies and earned her medical degree from Ross University. She returned to Massachusetts and completed her internship and residency in Family Medicine at The University of Massachusetts in Worcester, Massachusetts.

She moved to Frisco in 2014 to be closer to family and has loved Texas since then!

Dr. Abraham and her husband have two daughters, and the newest addition to the family is a golden doodle named Sammy! Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants in the DFW area, spending time with friends and family, watching sports – (still a Boston fan), and trying out new recipes!

Dr. Abraham is a board-certified Family Medicine physician whose goal is to provide patient-centered medical care for the entire family in a warm – friendly environment. She focuses on preventative care for men, women, and children in addition to treating acute illnesses as well as chronic disease management.

She firmly believes that the core of primary care is built on strong relationships with her patients. A deep-rooted sense of compassion and service is what allows her to deliver the utmost care to her patients! She looks forwards to growing her practice and establishing fruitful and long-lasting relationships in the Frisco community.

Garret Cynar, MD

Family Medicine and Sleep Medicine

Dr. R. Garret Cynar was born on the East Coast and grew up in the Midwest. He decided to attend Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois for his undergraduate degree in english. Afterwards, he attended Indiana University School of Medicine for his medical degree. Dr. Cynar completed his Family Practice residency at Hinsdale Family Medicine Center in suburban Chicago. After graduation, he chose the warmer climate of Dallas to continue his medical career.

Dr. Cynar is married and enjoys international travel with his wife and son. He plays soccer every week and continues enjoying tennis with his best friend of nearly 40 years, whom he’s known since junior high school. Dr. Cynar’s other personal passions include literature, theatre, music, 20th-century history, and Dallas’ wide variety of wonderful foods.

Dr. Cynar is a board certified Sleep & Family Medicine physician who strives to help people understand their medical conditions and proactively manage them for a better quality of life. He believes service to others as a physician is not just a profession but also a vocation he is fortunate to enjoy.

During his professional career as an adult medicine physician, Dr. Cynar developed a particular interest in diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, and obesity management. His interest in diabetes and related conditions led him to obtain further board certification in Sleep Medicine. Dr. Cynar specialized in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of many adult sleep disorders including sleep apnea and insomnia. One of his foremost goals is to employ the many tools we have to prevent heart attacks and strokes among his patients.

Stephanie Reinhold, MD

Internal Medicine

Dr. Stephanie Reinhold was born in Maryland and grew up in the suburbs of Houston. For her undergraduate degree, she attended Villanova University outside of Philadelphia. She then attended Texas A&M University where she earned her medical degree and a master’s degree in public health. She completed her clinical rotations for medical school in Dallas at Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC). She loved Dallas so she decided to stay at BUMC to complete her internship and residency.

Dr. Reinhold is a board-certified internal medicine physician. She has a focus on preventive care and treating chronic diseases, including hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and mental health conditions. She believes in the importance of patient education and a strong patient-physician relationship.

Dr. Reinhold enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She enjoys the outdoors, reading and trying new recipes.

Natalie Bridges, NP

Natalie Bridges is a Dallas native, growing up in Plano, TX. She went to Texas Christian University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2009. She went on to work as a Registered Nurse at a major area hospital intensive care unit. She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2018 through the University of Texas at Arlington.

Natalie and her husband have two young children, a girl and a boy, who keep them happily busy outside of work. They love taking them on adventures, swinging in the backyard and watching them grow. Natalie also enjoys cooking new recipes, yoga and spending time with friends.

Natalie is board certified as a family nurse practitioner and primarily focuses on primary and preventative care. Natalie treats a variety of acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure and depression. She seeks to develop relationships with her patients and believes that healthcare should be an interactive experience between the patient and provider. She desires to help people in and around Frisco achieve optimal health and wellness.

Our office is located at 2840 Legacy Drive, in building 4. It is at the back of the complex, in the two story building. Suite 400 is on the second floor of building 4. Please use the elevator to go to the second floor and enter our office!
